Plan, execute, and automate testing for Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, and Azure Government environments. Develop test plans, automated UI and API tests, regression and UAT coverage, security-role validation, migration testing, accessibility checks, and defect reporting. Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and federal clients in an Agile environment while maintaining comprehensive SDLC test documentation.

Design, build, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions in a cloud/microservice environment. Develop C#/.NET plugins, APIs, and Azure Functions; participate in requirements analysis, code reviews, testing, deployment, and SDLC documentation. Collaborate with Agile teams, interface with clients, mentor junior developers, and support VA federal projects.

Lead the architecture and development of Power Apps and enterprise-scale Power BI solutions for federal customers. Build interfaces, data models, dashboards, integrations, security controls, and accessibility-compliant applications. Manage gateways, refresh strategies, performance optimization, data quality, source control, deployments, and technical documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment, support security and ATO activities, lead requirements and design reviews, and mentor developers and analysts.
