Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce release cycles. Manage environments, deployments, version control, and DevOps tools (Copado, Salesforce DX). Communicate schedules, prepare release notes, and drive process improvements while ensuring best practices and stakeholder alignment.

Design, build, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions in a cloud/microservice environment. Develop C#/.NET plugins, APIs, and Azure Functions; participate in requirements analysis, code reviews, testing, deployment, and SDLC documentation. Collaborate with Agile teams, interface with clients, mentor junior developers, and support VA federal projects.

Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for federal clients. Participate in requirements analysis and agile development; implement entities, forms, workflows, ribbons/themes, managed/unmanaged solutions, roles/permissions; use XRMToolBox and FetchXML; produce SDLC documentation and collaborate on design and architecture.
