Performs routine vehicle maintenance, including oil and filter changes, fluid checks, lubrication, tire rotations, battery testing, safety inspections, pre-delivery inspections, and minor repairs. Safely operates tools and equipment, moves customer vehicles, retrieves parts, replenishes supplies, reports equipment issues, explains services to customers, and follows manufacturer, safety, and supervisor instructions. Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, basic computer skills, and two ASE certifications.

Perform oil changes, fluid checks/fills, basic maintenance and minor repairs, lubrications, and vehicle inspections. Assist technicians, pick up parts, deliver cars, follow safety and OEM training, complete pre-delivery inspections, and communicate service options to customers.

Entry-level dealership role supporting sales and service: greet customers, assist in service lane, maintain and present inventory, support sales reps, complete manufacturer and dealership training, use CRM and phone training, and ensure showroom/lot cleanliness and security.
