Apprentice works under a Master Technician to learn vehicle maintenance and minor repairs. Duties include safety inspections, oil changes, parts handling, shop organization, attending training, following OEM and safety policies, and supporting technicians.

Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements for multiple dealerships, support audits and tax preparation, maintain compliance, manage cash forecasting, reconcile ledgers, assist with inventory counts, perform assigned audits, and communicate financial trends to the Director of Finance.

Entry-level dealership role supporting sales and service: greet customers, assist service lane, maintain and present inventory, shadow sales reps, use CRM and phone tools to secure appointments, complete manufacturer and company trainings, maintain showroom cleanliness and security, and support sales events and transfers.
