Coordinates communications with clients, architects, and designers; assists with scopes of work, reports, approvals, meeting preparation, scheduling, expenses, travel arrangements, and contact database management. The role also contributes to brand engagement initiatives and requires familiarity with architectural drawings, design processes, and luxury residential construction.

Senior client-facing role responsible for sourcing and developing luxury residential projects, cultivating relationships with owners/architects/designers, preparing proposals and scopes, coordinating internal resources, managing prospect documentation and events, and transitioning opportunities to project teams. Requires local market knowledge and technical fluency with drawings and design software.
