Client-facing coordinator supporting project development, proposals, business development, and internal collaboration. Prepares RFP materials, organizes prospect documentation, manages contacts, assists events and digital collateral, and provides administrative support to the SVP and Project Development Manager.

Lead high-end residential architectural projects from concept through construction, manage documentation and teams, coordinate clients/consultants/contractors, ensure code compliance, mentor staff, provide pre-construction and construction administration, and support business development.
