Recruiter responsible for building relationships with field staff, generating referrals, sourcing and prospecting candidates, and producing qualified candidates for open positions. The role manages full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate qualification, assessment, networking, legal compliance, relationship management, and due diligence. It also provides customer service to field personnel and supports staffing goals. Experience in healthcare staffing, intellectual and developmental disabilities, HRIS software, and HR certification are preferred.

The role builds relationships with field staff, delivers quality candidates for open positions, provides customer service, and meets recruiting goals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of related experience, and knowledge of recruiting processes, preferably in healthcare staffing or intellectual and developmental disabilities services.

Coordinates office activities, including reception, phone coverage, visitor assistance, mail processing, supply ordering, and general clerical tasks. Requires strong Microsoft Office proficiency, office management experience, reception experience, knowledge of shipping and postage processes, and obtaining an Ohio Notary commission within 30 days of employment.
