Provides community-based Applied Behavior Analysis services for individuals and caregivers. Conducts functional behavioral assessments, develops behavior support and skill acquisition plans, analyzes data, trains parents and staff, supervises Behavior Technicians, and coordinates with multidisciplinary professionals. Maintains clinical documentation, ensures regulatory and insurance compliance, provides ongoing consultation, and supports behavioral health programs for children with autism and other developmental needs.

Provides direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities while supervising residential staff assigned to their home. Responsibilities include ensuring quality care, supporting daily programming, coordinating staff activities, and maintaining compliance with organizational requirements. The role requires a high school diploma, experience supporting people with developmental disabilities, CPR and first aid certification, delegated nursing training, and a valid Ohio driver’s license.
