Lead and manage a center-based program delivering educational and behavioral health services for individuals with autism and I/DD. Oversee staff hiring, training, supervision, program quality, data tracking, compliance with regulations, budgeting, and community partnerships to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Provide primary care as a licensed Physician Assistant, ensuring medical services meet legal, licensure, and professional standards. Deliver patient care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, communicate with medical and community audiences, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and represent the organization. Maintain CPR competency and use computer tools (Microsoft Office). Participate in required pre-employment screening (background, drug, health).
