Collaborate with marketing, sponsorship, exhibition sales, and community teams, while forecasting results and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior management. The role may also involve managing telesales teams, outsourced agencies, or high-volume sales operations.

Supports event website maintenance, launches, digital strategy, UX implementation, SEO and conversion initiatives. Produces website reports, manages CMS landing pages, assists with analytics-driven improvements, wireframing and split testing, and coordinates digital projects with internal stakeholders and third parties.

Plans and executes targeted marketing campaigns for Mining Indaba sponsorship and exhibition sales. Generates qualified leads, builds pipeline, creates marketing content, monitors campaign performance, analyzes KPIs, optimizes strategies, and manages relationships with internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies.
