Coordinates with OEM and purchasing teams, researches BOM and catalog data, establishes pricing for new parts, prepares recurring reports, supports customer pricing inquiries, and collaborates with customer service and RDC departments.

Manages end-to-end customer orders for after-service parts, including entry, updates, cancellations, issue resolution, and JIT delivery coordination. Serves as the primary customer contact, communicates supply status, investigates delays and order errors, and coordinates with purchasing, packaging, inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams. Reviews order data, identifies process inefficiencies, develops improvement initiatives, and provides timely responses to customer requests.

Processes bi-weekly payroll accurately and compliantly, including complex calculations, taxes, deductions, garnishments, benefits, and retirement contributions. Maintains payroll records in SAP, performs audits and reporting using advanced Excel, reconciles payroll general ledger accounts, posts journal entries, and supports 401(k) compliance audits. Participates in new-hire orientation, safeguards confidential information, and collaborates with internal departments while providing professional customer service.

Handles full-cycle accounting support, month-end close, financial reporting, departmental budgets, business planning, intercompany reconciliations, warranty allowances, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, and audit support. The role requires knowledge of IFRS and GAAP, Excel proficiency, office-based attendance, and compliance with hazardous-material regulations. Manufacturing costing and SAP experience are preferred.

Processes accurate biweekly payroll and complex payroll adjustments while ensuring federal and state compliance. Maintains employee payroll records in SAP, performs audits, prepares reports, reconciles payroll general ledger accounts, posts journal entries, and supports 401(k) compliance audits. The role also assists with new hire orientation, maintains confidential personnel information, and collaborates with internal departments.

Leads pricing strategy and product lifecycle profitability analysis for new products. Performs standard costing, CapEx analysis, month-end closing, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, SOX internal controls, business planning, and audit support. Requires fluency in Korean and English, accounting knowledge under IFRS and GAAP, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role is fully office-based with overtime as needed during monthly closing.

Supports engineering requirements on automotive module production lines. Responsibilities include specifying tooling and fixtures, estimating cycle times and costs, maintaining OEM drawings and engineering documentation, improving assembly processes and quality, writing work instructions, supporting training and customer presentations, managing assets, and ensuring compliance with TS 16949, OSHA, EPA, and hazardous-material regulations.
