Own brand messaging and positioning, guide content ideation, manage employer branding with HR, track core metrics, and lead a cross-functional team of writers, designers, editors, interns, and agencies to deliver timely, high-quality content.

Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, headhunting passive candidates, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, vendor management, and ATS-driven pipeline/reporting to meet hiring needs across levels.

Manage multiple internal IT projects through full lifecycle: planning, execution, and close-out. Coordinate cross-functional priorities, run Agile ceremonies, maintain Azure DevOps backlog and reporting, monitor project health (milestones, budget, risks), drive process improvements, and communicate status to stakeholders while supporting PMO and product roadmap transitions.
