The Senior HRIS Analyst will maintain HRIS integrity, implement Workday solutions, lead reporting, and improve data integrity while supporting operational goals.

Manage direct-material supplier orders and delivery schedules to support on-time production while maintaining appropriate inventory and working-capital targets. The role also supports supply-chain projects, process improvement, problem-solving analysis, best-practice research, metric reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communication. This permanent hybrid position is based in Craigavon and requires a relevant HND, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree.

Conduct hands-on testing and validation of forklift systems, components, batteries, and vehicle systems across development phases. Instrument equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identify root causes, document test results, and communicate findings. Coordinate testing priorities, schedules, resources, technicians, and mechanics. The role requires collaboration with design, manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, and other teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality products.
