Manage and grow sales within assigned major accounts for industrial lift trucks. Build dealer and customer relationships, execute account development strategies and contracts, manage orders from quote to installation, and meet unit sales, market share, and profitability targets.

The Drivetrain Engineer I-III role involves hands-on testing and mechanical design of drivetrain systems, including collaboration across departments, and continuous improvement of products.

Lead and supervise 2nd-shift warehouse operations including picking, put-away, packaging, receiving, and shipping. Allocate resources, enforce work rules, partner with EHS and Maintenance, manage attendance/overtime and disciplinary actions, use WMS for daily decisions, and drive continuous process improvements to meet productivity and quality goals.
