Lead continuous improvement and quality activities in manufacturing, validate processes, resolve quality issues using CI tools, support production value streams, document processes, and collaborate with NPI on automation and new technologies.

Identify and engage prospective customers via phone, email, social and other outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities; qualify leads and hand off sales-ready opportunities; run targeted campaigns with sales and marketing; maintain CRM and pipeline data; Level II/III add strategic account analysis; Level III mentors junior team members.

Coordinate day-to-day sales operations for assigned accounts: manage order lifecycle, communicate with customers and partners, support business development, prepare reports and dashboards, analyze sales data, and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
