Designs, develops, programs, wires, installs, and troubleshoots automated manufacturing systems involving robotics, PLCs, HMIs, material handling, inspection, monitoring, and CNC interfaces. The role works onsite with engineers, technicians, and operators, follows safety and PPE requirements, and travels overnight to satellite production facilities for system installations.

Analyzes, designs, validates, and improves CNC manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and equipment effectiveness. Provides technical troubleshooting, trains production teams, develops procedures, monitors process metrics, conducts capability studies, and leads root-cause and corrective-action activities. Collaborates with engineering, production, quality, vendors, and suppliers to integrate processes, equipment, and technologies while reducing cycle time, scrap, waste, and costs.
