HYPR Benefits Overview

Design, develop, test, and maintain secure native Android applications for HYPR’s identity and authentication platform. Build Java and Kotlin features, integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and security teams. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, mobile security awareness, and ownership across the development lifecycle.

Designs and implements scalable automated and manual test suites for mobile, desktop, SaaS, distributed systems, database migrations, and performance testing. Partners with engineering teams on CI/CD quality gates, environment automation, and full development lifecycle activities. Leads performance testing strategy, analyzes bottlenecks and metrics, and troubleshoots complex microservices. Requires strong automation, Selenium/BDD, continuous delivery, and distributed systems expertise.

Leads HYPR’s engineering organization and owns the technology vision, strategy, execution, security, reliability, and performance of its identity assurance platform. Partners with product and engineering leaders on roadmaps, technology decisions, processes, and scalable services. Builds a high-performing engineering culture through mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and talent retention.
