Own brand execution across launch campaigns, marketing sites, social, events, templates, and internal materials. Translate brand systems into product tokens, components, iconography, and illustrations. Use generative AI and AI coding tools to create and ship visual work, maintain asset libraries and guidelines, build reusable templates, and perform visual QA. The role requires rapid, high-volume execution, strong typography and systems thinking, Figma fluency, and close collaboration in a startup environment.

Lead design and scaling of AI-powered backend systems for document processing, entity resolution, extraction agents, and conversational interfaces. Build resilient pipelines, orchestration, observability, and evaluation tooling; make architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and partner with product to deliver production-ready applied AI workflows.

Own and build full-stack product features across data visualization, entity management, search, dashboards, and document workflows. Lead initiatives from concept through production across React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, and PostgreSQL. Partner with product and design, make architecture and product tradeoffs, improve engineering standards, conduct design and code reviews, and mentor engineers. The role requires high autonomy, strong product judgment, technical leadership, and quality-focused execution in a fast-moving startup environment.
