Own information security and cyber compliance for UK operations, including Cyber Essentials Plus, DEF STAN 05-138, and ISO 27001 activities. Manage risk assessments, threat modeling, technical controls, supplier security, incident response, awareness training, audits, and leadership reporting. The role works closely with the CISO, IT, infrastructure, engineering, suppliers, auditors, customers, and government authorities.

Build and lead Hypersonica’s UK legal function, advising founders and senior leaders on commercial contracts, government and defence programmes, intellectual property, export controls, sanctions, national security, corporate governance, employment matters, compliance, and strategic transactions. The role requires practical, commercially minded risk advice, development of legal processes and templates, management of external counsel, and eventual team building.

Build and operate the financial controlling function for defence and aerospace programmes. Responsibilities include cost-centre and project accounting, SAP CO and FI implementation support, project budgeting, actuals oversight, WIP and margin analysis, government invoicing, forecasting, accounting process improvement, and ERP automation. The role requires collaboration with finance, manufacturing, programme, and functional teams, plus hands-on accounting support.
