Own post-sale customer relationships: run end-to-end onboarding workshops and hands-on technical setup, drive adoption with regular meetings, field inbound support and triage to engineering, build support tooling and playbooks, track account health and metrics, and scale the CS function using AI-driven automation.

The Founding Forward Deployed Engineer will manage the technical aspects of enterprise sales, performing discovery, designing solutions, leading demos and pilots, and engaging with customers on-site to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.

As a Founding Senior Software Engineer, you'll develop and manage core product features, scalable backend systems, and real-time communication infrastructure, while collaborating cross-functionally and shaping the engineering culture.
