Own the power conversion platform from market requirements and roadmap through production launch and lifecycle management. Translate customer and commercial needs into product specifications, coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing, and manage pilot programs. Lead market, competitive, pricing, and business-case analysis while developing go-to-market strategies. Identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and customer opportunities across data centers, EV charging, and renewable energy, working closely with leadership and engineering.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion systems. Responsibilities include real-time control loops, PWM, protection logic, secure communications, hardware bring-up, debugging, automated testing, CI/CD, qualification support, field diagnostics, and firmware updates. The role collaborates closely with power electronics, grid systems, test, field, and quality teams from prototype development through volume production.

Owns strategic technology and supply partnerships from deal structuring and negotiation through joint roadmap execution and ongoing relationship management. Responsibilities include developing joint development agreements, managing supplier contracts and performance, coordinating technical and commercial stakeholders, supporting channel partnerships, and scaling the partner ecosystem for power electronics production and global market expansion.
