Supports production and materials planning, procurement, purchase order management, supplier coordination, inventory accuracy, warehouse movements, and finance’s three-way match process. The role monitors material availability, lead times, stock levels, and supply risks; reconciles ERP transactions; resolves invoice and receipt discrepancies; maintains audit documentation; and drives continuous improvement across supply chain operations in a technical manufacturing environment.

Lead end-to-end design of photonic components and optical interfaces, including grating and edge couplers, splitters, taps, crossings, and thermo-optic phase shifters. Responsibilities include simulation, optimization, layout, tapeout, measurement, statistical robustness analysis, process collaboration, production handoff, and technical mentorship. The role requires advanced photonic integrated circuit design expertise, hands-on characterization experience, scripting skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Coordinates procurement, purchase orders, supplier sourcing, vendor communications, expediting, receiving, inventory, shipping, and invoice discrepancy resolution. Maintains ERP records and procurement documentation, supports strategic sourcing and supplier evaluations, monitors delivery risks, and assists with domestic and international logistics. The role also identifies cost-saving opportunities and ensures ethical, accurate, and efficient procurement operations supporting photonics manufacturing.
