Lead on-site OSAT and test operations in Taiwan, managing vendor relationships and a local team to drive wafer-level backend execution (dicing, bumping, assembly), production scheduling, yield and test optimization, troubleshooting, data integrity, and corrective actions across foundry and OSAT partners to meet delivery and quality targets.

The Foundry Management Lead will manage foundry partnerships, drive quality and yield improvements, and ensure smooth technology transfer and volume ramp in semiconductor production.

Develop and optimize firmware for optical transceiver designs, working closely with hardware and DSP teams, ensuring performance and compliance.
