Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with a focus on contract generation, offer management, and onboarding. Create contracts and manage new-hire documentation in Workday or relevant systems, maintain ATS and Excel candidate trackers, schedule interviews, liaise with HR Ops, systems teams and background screening providers, and ensure recruitment process compliance and stakeholder communication.

Provide senior operational support for M&A insurance transactions from initiation to premium settlement. Own preparation, review and management of complex documentation; act as operational contact for clients, brokers, underwriters and internal teams; maintain accurate records and repositories; support compliance, invoicing, payments, and post-completion deliverables; assist with due diligence and mentor junior colleagues.

Lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and operating model. Align data initiatives to business value, oversee data lifecycle, security, compliance, and analytics capabilities. Define org structure, KPIs, and delivery frameworks while driving large, multi-platform integration initiatives and process execution.
