Serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and employees in the Miami office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, routing calls, managing mail and deliveries, coordinating meeting rooms, maintaining front-office areas, handling documents and data entry, supporting onboarding logistics, protecting confidential information, and monitoring office supplies.

Operate and improve first-line compliance controls across sales, renewals, and claims. Conduct quality assurance, file reviews, call monitoring, breach investigations, risk escalation, management information analysis, customer outcome monitoring, regulatory implementation, training, communications reviews, governance tracking, and audit support. The role requires strong FCA, Consumer Duty, ICOBS, general insurance, analytical, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Manage private medical insurance policy renewals through timely client contact, inbound and outbound calls, emails, and compliant advice. Meet activity, retention, conversion, and quality KPIs while maintaining accurate records, learning product and insurer updates, handling objections, and identifying suitable upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
