Provide administrative and case-management support to Sales Consultants for life insurance applications, liaise with bankers, trustees, carriers and clients, arrange medical exams, ensure compliance and accurate documentation, maintain records and reports, process reimbursements, and perform ad-hoc tasks.

Design, build, operate, and evolve Howden's Azure cloud platform. Define reusable platform components, landing zones, governance, security, CI/CD and IaC patterns. Collaborate with engineers and delivery teams, support live platforms, maintain ADRs, and improve observability, automation, and self-service capabilities.

Provide day-to-day support and administration for business applications, respond to incidents and service requests, perform system maintenance and testing, manage assigned projects, liaise with stakeholders, and support market/broking systems to ensure reliable operations and system enhancements.
