Manage, develop, and renew a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts within the education sector. The role focuses on partner relationship management, renewal negotiations, presentations, compliance with Appointed Representative requirements, target achievement, lead generation, diary management, and attendance at client meetings and promotional events.

Manages a portfolio of personal lines and private client insurance accounts throughout the policy lifecycle. Coordinates new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, remarketing, coverage reviews, quotes, documentation, billing inquiries, and issue resolution. Builds client and carrier relationships, maintains accurate agency records, tracks renewal milestones, supports retention and growth initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, privacy requirements, and documentation standards.
