Provides administrative and operational support to the Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA. Responsibilities include diary and time management, international travel coordination, event and meeting organization, document and committee pack preparation, action tracking, deadline reporting, urgent issue handling, and confidential information management. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, adaptability, IT proficiency, and collaboration with executive assistants across the EMEA leadership team.

Coordinate Howden’s early careers programmes, including insight events, work experience, internships, graduate schemes and apprenticeships. Manage programme logistics, communications, calendars, data, reporting dashboards and recruitment activities. Support candidate scheduling, assessment centres, stakeholder engagement and process improvements while collaborating with Talent, HR and DE&I teams to deliver high-quality participant experiences.

The Data Insights Analyst will analyze insurance, customer, market, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Responsibilities include developing Power BI reports and dashboards, validating and monitoring data quality, defining KPIs, gathering stakeholder requirements, and presenting clear recommendations. The role requires strong SQL, statistical analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Databricks, cloud analytics, data modeling, Python, R, and Azure DevOps is desirable.
