Provide onsite executive support and office management in Dallas: manage complex calendars, expense reporting via SAP Concur, travel coordination, vendor communications, CRM data cleanliness, onboarding, and prepare documents/presentations using Office tools. Serve as primary contact for expense inquiries, maintain records for audits, handle ad-hoc admin tasks, and apply AI to streamline workflows.

Provide administrative and operational support to the EMEA leadership team: diary management, travel and event logistics, meeting preparation, document formatting, action tracking, onboarding assistance, and handling confidential information with discretion. Support includes international arrangements and use of MS Office and AI tools.

Lead a team of technical underwriters for builders risk, manage portfolio growth and broker relationships, set underwriting strategy, oversee complex national construction and energy projects, ensure profitability and compliance with guidelines, mentor staff, and coordinate with product, claims, and actuarial teams.
