Manage hotel and travel-partner accounts, serving as the primary customer contact. The role requires travel-industry or hotel online-distribution experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with Google Suite and Excel, excellent English, and mandatory Chinese language ability.

Supports customer account relationships across a portfolio of travel partners and hotels. Responsibilities include monitoring account performance, maintaining communications, supporting contracting and data accuracy, handling first-line customer service requests, escalating complex issues, identifying opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
