Own end-to-end revenue and accounts receivable in NetSuite, drive month-end close to tight deadlines, manage UK VAT filings and payroll (post-HiBob transition), oversee banking and treasury controls, maintain reconciliations and audit-ready documentation, and deliver regular process improvements and automation while keeping SOPs current.

Own people reporting and analytics, build and maintain dashboards (retention, attrition, engagement), run Lattice operations and performance cycles, manage HRIS data integrity, run engagement surveys and translate insights into actions, handle HR administration, benefits, compliance, and support DEI, wellness, and L&D initiatives.

Build hx’s first Revenue Enablement function by creating operating processes, roadmaps, onboarding, training, content, customer insight, and seller-performance programs. The role partners with Revenue leadership, Marketing, Product Marketing, ABM, RevOps, and frontline sellers to improve qualification, discovery, deal progression, Salesforce adoption, forecasting, ramp time, and commercial discipline. This hands-on builder role also uses AI tools to accelerate enablement content and feedback loops.
