Lead end-to-end customer projects for an AI-powered insurance SaaS platform: manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and delivery to bring pricing models and integrations live. Act as primary customer contact, translate needs to Model Development and Engineering, maintain project artefacts and governance, apply AI/automation to improve delivery, and help scale consistent, repeatable processes across the delivery function.

Own a portfolio of enterprise insurance customers to drive adoption, renewals and expansion. Build executive relationships, run QBRs and workshops, track customer health and risks, surface product feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve outcomes and scale CS processes.

Serve as the technical lead for a portfolio of customers, designing and delivering SaaS integrations, driving adoption and measurable business outcomes, building reusable AI-first delivery artefacts, managing delivery scope and risks, and sharing best-practice patterns across the team.
