Own pipeline generation and enterprise sales execution, including prospecting, discovery, demos, qualification, deal progression, negotiation, and closing in partnership with the CEO. Build repeatable sales playbooks, identify qualified opportunities, engage stakeholders, convert pilots into revenue, and use CRM, AI, and automation tools to improve sales productivity.

Works directly with the CEO to drive high-priority initiatives across go-to-market, recruiting, operations, partnerships, fundraising, compliance, and customer success. The role involves advancing enterprise opportunities, researching markets and partnerships, building scalable systems, supporting hiring, preparing executive materials, and solving unowned operational problems. Success requires high agency, strong judgment, reliability, technical literacy, excellent communication, and comfort operating independently in a fast-moving software startup.

As a founding backend engineer, you will prototype AI systems, lead architectural decisions, and ensure code quality while collaborating with experts across industries.
