Designs and operates AWS infrastructure, Terraform configurations, CI/CD and release pipelines, incident response, on-call processes, and operational governance. The role establishes scalable AWS account, identity, networking, and security practices; manages rollback procedures; authors version-controlled policies and documentation; supports observability and secrets management; and partners with engineering, security, and quality teams to integrate new workloads, including IoT analytics platforms.

Provide hands-on electrical engineering support for released products across their lifecycle. Execute ECRs/ECOs, maintain BOMs, schematics, and wiring diagrams, support NPI-to-production transitions, resolve production and field electrical issues, conduct root cause analysis, drive continuous reliability and manufacturability improvements, ensure UL and customer compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.

Provide hands-on mechanical engineering support for released power distribution products, execute ECRs/ECOs, maintain BOMs and drawings, resolve production and field mechanical issues, perform GD&T and tolerance analysis, support NPI transitions, lead root-cause investigations, and drive continuous improvements in reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
