Designs and operates AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform configurations, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, incident response, and business-hours on-call operations. Establishes scalable AWS account, identity, networking, and governance practices; maintains version-controlled operational policies, runbooks, and architecture documentation; and partners with Engineering, Security, and Quality teams to ensure reliable, auditable infrastructure and releases. The role also supports new IoT analytics workloads and reviews infrastructure and pipeline changes.

Provide hands-on mechanical engineering support for released power-distribution products: execute ECRs/ECOs, maintain BOMs and 3D models, resolve production and field issues, perform GD&T and tolerance analyses, drive continuous improvement, support NPI transitions, root-cause investigations, and ensure compliance with UL and customer requirements.

Provide hands-on electrical sustaining engineering for released power distribution products: execute ECRs/ECOs, support production and field issue resolution, maintain schematics/BOMs, drive manufacturability and reliability improvements, perform root cause analysis, and support compliance, certifications, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
