Provide hands-on electrical sustaining engineering for released power distribution products: execute ECRs/ECOs, support production and field issue resolution, maintain schematics/BOMs, drive manufacturability and reliability improvements, perform root cause analysis, and support compliance, certifications, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Design and deliver onboarding, engagement, recognition, and culture programs. Partner with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to run events, internal communications, early-career programs, and track engagement metrics. Own initiatives from concept through execution to foster connection, belonging, and consistent first-year experiences.
