Coordinates administrative and project support for field operations throughout the job lifecycle. Maintains project records, trackers, deliverables, billing documentation, purchase orders, vendor invoices, cost models, and customer change orders. Acts as a liaison among field operations, corporate departments, customers, and vendors. Supports onboarding, office administration, reporting, documentation quality control, and occasional jobsite coordination while helping ensure projects progress accurately and on schedule.

Manages self-performed OSP and ISP fiber construction operations, including program planning, scheduling, budgeting, production monitoring, safety, data governance, process improvement, vendor risk mitigation, and financial performance. Supervises field-based teams, recruits and trains staff, oversees timekeeping and performance, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures effective use of operational systems. Requires fiber optic knowledge, leadership experience, outdoor field work, and the ability to manage multiple projects and remote teams.
