Improve Elasticsearch search, automate testing, troubleshoot cloud and containerized applications, mentor junior engineers, review code, and reduce technical debt.

Creates and delivers graphic and interactive design assets across digital platforms and advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include developing visual concepts, typography, logos, icons, interfaces, websites, apps, and digital activations; collaborating with creative, photography, and videography teams; managing projects through execution; and delivering innovative, high-quality work aligned with client and brand aesthetics.

Grow and retain the Popbee Circle membership community through acquisition campaigns, conversion funnels, loyalty programmes, events, CRM, content, and partner activations. Manage workshops and sponsored events end to end, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop member perks, support commercial products, improve digital onboarding features, and analyse campaign and retention performance using dashboards, CRM data, and AI tools.
