The Media Partnerships Manager drives media business development and sales in China, builds client relationships, manages revenue goals, and coordinates with cross-functional teams for project success.

Lead and mentor a US creative team to deliver end-to-end 360 creative solutions across digital, social, video, and experiential. Own pitches, production, client presentations, and final sign-off; collaborate with sales, production, and editorial while optimizing workflows and operating as a player-coach.

Manage day-to-day operations of the NYC studio: maintain supplies and amenities, coordinate vendors and building services, handle invoices, manage studio calendar and meeting logistics, welcome visitors, support onboarding, and organize monthly in-office meetings and special projects to ensure a productive workplace.
