Designs schematics and manufacturing documentation for control and protection panels, local control cubicles, and substation automation systems used with high-voltage GIS switchgear. Develops interlocking logic, applies IEC and IEEE standards, coordinates with clients and site teams, and reviews panel equipment and operating mechanisms. Requires expertise in protection relays, BCUs, SCADA, AutoCAD, and E-Plan, along with electrical engineering qualifications and at least four years of relevant experience.
