Own inventory visibility and configuration traceability for production. Manage Line of Balance, incoming inspection, supplier follow-up, BOM assignments, and ensure parts are validated and tracked into each airship to enable production ramp-up.

Lead HyLight's operations to scale hydrogen airships from prototype to serial production. Own industrialization, supply chain, assembly, quality systems, certification readiness, operational processes, KPIs, recruiting, and cross-functional execution alongside the CEO.

Lead scaling of HyLight's airship production by structuring workshop operations, implementing SOPs and quality gates, managing technicians, coordinating supply chain, and driving continuous improvement to achieve predictable industrial cadence.

Support the Chief of Staff in executing company priorities across finance, operations, strategy and admin. Tasks include FP&A support, dashboards, process improvement, cross-functional project coordination, investor/customer presentations, research, event and travel organization, and high-priority special projects for CEO or CoS.

Design, develop, and integrate embedded electronics for long-endurance airships: custom PCB design, power management, avionics and sensor integration, prototyping and bench testing, EMI/thermal optimization, manufacturing oversight, and cross-team hardware-software collaboration to ensure reliable flight-ready systems.

Design and implement guidance, navigation, and control for autonomous airships: model dynamics, develop robust control laws, integrate and debug embedded hardware/software, run flight tests and simulations, document results, and improve future flight solutions.

Lead GNC development for an autonomous airship: model dynamics, design and implement control and guidance laws, ensure robustness and safety, integrate and debug embedded flight hardware and sensors, define and run flight tests and simulations, document results, and improve future flight systems.
