Teams at Hygraph

Serve as primary EMEA contact to drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion of Hygraph. Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, run reviews and workshops, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with Sales/Product/Support, and prioritize multi-account requests to achieve customer outcomes.

Build and own core GraphQL-native CMS features and extensions, implement AI-powered capabilities, improve performance and reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, use observability to proactively fix issues, participate in on-call and operational work, and translate product needs into scalable technical solutions.

Lead monthly financial accounting under German GAAP (HGB), maintain AP/AR and master data, own DATEV general ledger processes, execute monthly and year-end closings, prepare tax filings (VAT, ZM, OSS), support audits, manage payment runs and liquidity, and implement automation and process improvements in collaboration with FP&A and external tax advisors.
