Provides technical hydraulic engineering support throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining application requirements, designing hydraulic circuits, selecting and sizing components, preparing proposals and bills of materials, reviewing designs, coordinating testing and validation, commissioning systems, diagnosing issues, supporting retrofits, and collaborating with customers, sales, engineering, service, integrators, and production teams.

Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers by handling inquiries, quotes, purchase orders, orders, returns, and complaints. Builds customer relationships, provides product guidance, identifies upselling opportunities, coordinates issue resolution, and communicates order status. Supports inventory receiving, picking, packaging, shipping documentation, and warehouse activities while maintaining accurate customer, product, and order records.

Supports sales and engineering teams by defining hydraulic system requirements, designing circuits and layouts, selecting components, preparing technical proposals and BOMs, reviewing designs, coordinating testing and validation, and providing field commissioning, troubleshooting, retrofit, and project support. The role requires customer-facing communication, technical documentation, project coordination, and occasional travel to industrial or customer facilities.

Coordinate and support projects across lifecycle stages: manage quotes, orders, change requests, schedules, tasks, and documentation. Use ERP and project management tools, prepare costed engineering proposals, track actions/risks, and collaborate with Sales, Production, and Engineering to meet timelines and budgets. Maintain data integrity, prepare briefing materials, and handle routine administrative duties.

Design hydraulic circuits, layouts, and BOMs; size components; support proposals, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting; collaborate with customers, sales, and internal teams across project lifecycles, including field work.
