Own HydroNeo’s Indonesian sales operation by prospecting, qualifying, and closing shrimp farmers and farm groups. Build and manage a disciplined HubSpot pipeline, use AI and automation for lead generation and follow-up, conduct targeted farm visits and demos, develop local partners, and provide market feedback to leadership. The successful candidate will work independently from Surabaya, support international customer calls in English, and eventually recruit and lead a local sales team.

Manage the Bangkok office, including Thai regulatory filings, licenses, banking and authority relationships, HR administration, employee records, work permits, office operations, suppliers, documentation, and internal processes. Provide trusted executive assistance to the CEO through scheduling, follow-ups, expenses, meeting preparation, correspondence, translation, and decision support while he travels. The role requires discretion, strong Thai and English communication, reliable follow-through, and occasional after-hours availability.
