Supports employee relations administration and documentation, including corrective actions, terminations, offboarding, personnel changes, unemployment claims, employment verifications, HR inboxes, reporting, HRIS records, and employee files. Provides general HR support, maintains confidentiality, responds to employee inquiries, and ensures consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Develops relationships with municipal water and wastewater clients to generate new business and revenue.
