Oversee municipal water well drilling and pump projects from planning through completion. Manage schedules, budgets, permitting, logistics, contractors, risks, reporting, stakeholder communication, safety, and quality compliance. Travel regularly to client sites to support milestones, resolve project barriers, and address team health and safety issues. Drive process improvements and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.

Supports drilling rig maintenance and daily operations by handling pipe, assisting with rig movement, running casing and tubing, checking safety equipment, maintaining work areas, responding to emergencies, and learning rig operations. The role also involves monitoring mud properties, catching samples, cutting and threading pipe, and following all safety procedures. Travel, flexible scheduling, a valid driver’s license, and background and drug screening are required.
