Lead the sheet metal department (laser, brake, Timesaver teams) to meet schedules and quality targets. Supervise, train, review and discipline staff, maintain safety and housekeeping, implement SOPs, cross-train personnel, manage resources for first shift, and support continuous improvement.

Performs intermediate mechanical design, modeling, and basic analysis for wastewater screening equipment. Prepares GD&T engineering drawings, conducts tolerance and stress checks, supports production troubleshooting, leads subsystem workstreams, reviews junior drawings, documents test results, and collaborates across R&D, manufacturing, and project teams to improve products and processes.

Support design and development of wastewater screening equipment: create 3D models and 2D drawings, perform basic calculations, assist manufacturability reviews, support prototypes and testing, update documentation and ECNs, and collaborate with manufacturing under direct supervision.

Manage territory sales in Florida by developing rep and customer relationships, qualifying leads, producing bids and proposals, supporting reps on projects, and handing off awarded projects to engineering. Drive business growth, attend trade shows, track CRM entries, and provide presentations and pricing feedback. Travel domestically and internationally about 10%.

Support Senior Sales Engineer by creating CAD drawings, sizing equipment, reviewing customer specs, generating compliance and bid documents, entering projects in CRM, coordinating submittals, assisting proposals and handoffs, and attending trade shows. Maintain technical product knowledge and support RSMs and customers.
