Source and negotiate supplier pricing and terms, manage cost changes and supplier relationships, analyze margins and procurement data, develop ERP and reporting (M3, Power BI), support sourcing managers with reporting and pipeline tracking, maintain pricing indexes and feedstock databases, and drive supply chain cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead greenfield development and start-up of a chemical processing facility from design through commissioning. Support capital projects, transition to ongoing plant engineering, execute MOC/PSM and compliance activities, drive reliability and safety, coordinate contractors, develop procedures and training, and provide day-to-day engineering support and troubleshooting.

Hands-on finance leader owning full P&L for the Ag & Sulfur SBU. Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and commercial support. Partner with SBU, sales, operations, and supply chain on pricing, incentives, demand planning, and M&A due diligence. Drive continuous improvement, automation and AI initiatives, and manage Sac Ag Joint Venture reporting. Requires cross-functional influence and presentation of results to senior leadership.
