Coordinates purchasing, inventory management, production paperwork, inter-site distribution orders, supplier corrective actions, and supply chain process improvements for chemical manufacturing operations. Collaborates with production, purchasing, customer service, and interbranch teams to execute orders efficiently, maintain compliance, improve safety, and support demand planning. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, plus experience with purchasing, material management, MRP, or ERP systems.

Ensures reliability, safety, and mechanical integrity of plant facilities, equipment, utilities, processes, and systems. Develops maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance schedules, inspection criteria, reliability KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Investigates equipment failures, supports process safety and regulatory compliance, collaborates with maintenance and operations teams, and provides technical guidance and training. Requires a mechanical or chemical engineering degree and manufacturing experience.

Manage and grow agriculture-sector accounts by selling fertilizer and agricultural chemical solutions. Responsibilities include territory planning, new business development, customer relationship management, technical treatment-program design, data analysis, forecasting, pricing and margin negotiation, CRM administration, and market monitoring. The role serves as a technical resource for major accounts, supports junior account managers, and requires extensive travel.
