Supports environmental, health, and safety compliance at Hydrite facilities through industrial hygiene monitoring, high-risk program reviews, management of change, job safety analyses, incident investigations, and PPE management. The intern completes assigned EHS projects, follows relevant SOPs, communicates with employees and management, and gains hands-on experience through training and facility-based work.

Manage IT projects from initiation through closure, including feasibility assessment, requirements gathering, project charters, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and operational handoffs. Maintain the enterprise project management tool, support portfolio reporting and process improvements, and contribute to organizational transformation, automation, and AI initiatives. The role requires on-site work in Brookfield, Wisconsin, four to five days per week.

Supports sustainability and strategic initiatives by collecting and automating environmental performance data, preparing sustainability reports, analyzing energy and resource efficiency opportunities, researching industry practices, developing project business cases, and assisting with grants, incentives, benchmarking, and cross-functional improvement projects.
