Lead all receiving, warehousing, material movement, shipping, and transportation across the Bethlehem campus. Manage 35+ employees across multiple buildings and two shifts, drive lean continuous improvement, standardize logistics processes, improve inventory accuracy and logistics PPM, manage carriers and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead and support development, rollout, and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). Create policies, perform threat/risk analyses, execute internal audits (TISAX, ISO27001, NIST/CMMC), coordinate auditors, support incident response and business continuity, maintain KPIs and training, and provide information security subject-matter expertise across the enterprise.

Drive Accessories product-line sales by developing strategic multi-year growth plans, identifying opportunities, supporting channel partners, providing pre-sales technical support, documenting interactions in CRM, conducting market and gap analyses, recommending product enhancements, and managing customer relationships to meet divisional sales objectives.
