Manage a multidisciplinary engineering group to develop advanced fluid power and electronic control systems for equipment and vehicle automation/electrification. Define system strategy and technology roadmap, lead technology transfer with Germany, ensure commercial and production readiness, support sales and customers, create standards, provide VoC and training, and oversee development from requirements through testing and installation.

Perform periodic financial reporting, forecasting, cost accounting, and FP&A for manufacturing divisions. Build financial models and visualizations using SAP, BW, Vena, Excel, and Power BI. Investigate variances, support business teams, and deliver ad-hoc analyses and presentations to drive performance and policy improvements.

Define and promote product strategy for electronic sensors, support technical sales and customer engagements, create marketing content and proposals, coordinate global teams, train sales/application engineers, manage product literature, pricing, inventory, trade shows, and product-related projects.
