Manages the Filters division as a distribution business unit, overseeing customer service, operational efficiency, financial management, personnel, safety, loss prevention, product development, marketing, quoting, and OEM/distributor accounts. Leads division goals, budgets, projects, trade show participation, and product launches while supervising employees and driving business development, cost control, and manufacturing operations.

Develop 3D CAD models, assemblies, layouts, and detailed engineering drawings in SolidWorks. Maintain drawing files, libraries, BOMs, part numbers, and configuration records in accordance with engineering standards. Support tolerance analysis, hardware selection, PPAP, DFMEA, design reviews, prototype builds, manufacturability reviews, and engineering change processes. Collaborate with engineers, vendors, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Leads the Hydraulic Division application engineering team, overseeing technical approvals, system sizing, calculations, product selection, design reviews, and issue resolution. Coaches and develops engineers, establishes engineering standards, and coordinates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Materials, Operations, and Purchasing. Serves as the senior technical customer contact, supporting pre-sales, technical negotiations, training, customer visits, and business growth. Requires deep hydraulic systems expertise, leadership experience, and 30–50% travel.
