Hands-on CNC Manufacturing Engineer working in-person to program CAM, set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, and produce high-precision molds and prototypes. Collaborate with engineering to optimize designs for manufacturability, manage tooling and materials, maintain shop equipment, and develop CAM templates and fixturing for scalable production. Focus on timely delivery and quality in a fast-paced composites shop.
