Full-time, in-person engineering internship focused on advanced composite manufacturing. Interns may design and tolerance parts and tooling, fabricate composite components, operate manufacturing equipment, perform testing, conduct materials and process experiments, and develop automation or robotic systems. The role requires adaptability, hands-on manufacturing experience, rapid prototyping skills, and strong collaboration. CAD, composite design, machine shop, CNC, robotics, electronics, and material characterization experience are preferred.

Own the full HR function for a rapidly growing manufacturing startup, including payroll, benefits, compliance, HR systems, employee relations, policies, recruiting, and vendor management. Lead evaluation and transitions of PEO, benefits, and retirement providers; build scalable talent, performance, and compensation programs; and serve as a trusted employee resource. The role may begin part-time and develop into leading a broader People function and team.

The Stress Engineer will perform structural analysis on composites, build FEA models, guide design choices, and ensure compliance with aerospace and defense requirements while collaborating across teams.
