On-site recreation intern at a Sedona resort, promoting activities and facilities, leading games and outdoor programs, supporting special events, and creating memorable guest experiences. The intern will learn activity planning, resort operations, health and fitness, childcare, and team leadership while participating in mentorship, executive sessions, shadowing, and a business project. The role requires flexible shift availability, physical activity, and extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting.

Leads regional sales administration and contracting teams supporting timeshare real estate transactions. Ensures compliance with real estate, escrow, financing, privacy, and corporate policies; monitors production and closing metrics; resolves documentation and payment issues; coordinates audits, training, system changes, and process improvements; and manages remote direct reports and stakeholder relationships across sales, closing, IT, compliance, and customer advocacy.

Sells timeshare ownership products to prospective and existing owners through consultative presentations, property tours, referrals, and lead follow-up. Builds customer relationships, identifies vacation needs, explains financing and ownership options, closes and processes sales contracts, and supports timely closings. Maintains post-sale relationships to encourage satisfaction, referrals, reloads, and additional purchases. The role also requires regulatory compliance, customer service, participation in training and meetings, and occasional mentoring of other sales executives.
