The Coordinator Marketing Linkage engages with hotel guests, schedules sales presentations, and maximizes revenue while providing exceptional customer service.

Greet and assist guests arriving for sales presentations, manage guest flow and premiums, maintain gallery hospitality and cleanliness, enter and update sales data in computer systems, answer phones professionally, and support sales and marketing operations. Perform light physical tasks and follow company policies.

Sell timeshare ownership and support owners/guests by answering questions, following up on leads and referrals, fulfilling requests about properties, maintaining customer records, promoting offers, and delivering excellent guest experiences while adhering to company standards.
