Provides pre-arrival support for vacation owners and guests by maintaining communication templates, responding to planning inquiries, coordinating maintenance and special requests, and arranging villa details and VIP amenities. Welcomes guests, anticipates their needs, collaborates with other departments, follows company policies, and supports team goals. The role requires full-time availability across shifts, weekends, and holidays, along with physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds.

Supervise daily sales gallery operations, manage inventory and financing guidance, close and approve vacation ownership sales, and ensure efficient guest tour flow. Coach, onboard, train, and evaluate Sales Executives while managing performance and incentive programs. Resolve customer and employee issues, support recruiting and interviews, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold ethical brand and service standards.
