Assists the Director of Engineering with property operations, preventive maintenance, work-order distribution, facility inspections, equipment repairs, and management of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, water treatment, generator, and life safety systems. Supervises engineering staff, schedules work, maintains records, supports emergency response, purchases supplies and equipment, trains associates, and helps manage performance, staffing, and customer service standards.

Greets guests attending sales presentations, provides refreshments and information, supports guest comfort, promotes the brand, manages promotional premiums, and helps achieve sales presentation and volume goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Provides remote administrative and quality-support services for virtual sales operations. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records, entering and updating information, preparing and proofreading documents, managing files and reports, responding to guest inquiries, communicating professionally, and supporting coworkers. Requires strong organization, computer proficiency, customer service, communication, attention to detail, dependability, and adaptability.
