After two decades of spearheading software engineering and development initiatives across multiple industries, Chris Graver now leads mobile app development at Hyatt. “I am trying to build the sort of organization that I always wanted to work in,” said Graver. “At the end of the day, I want my engineers to love coming to work.” As Hyatt pursues a wide variety of exciting new digital initiatives, Graver – now Director of Development – Mobile Apps – focuses on colleague empowerment, inclusivity, innovation, professional growth and overall happiness. “Once you get the best people possible on your teams, a healthy culture becomes the only way to sustainably unlock their potential,” Graver said.
