Coordinates multiple projects from bidding through delivery, serving as the central liaison among customers, sales, estimating, design, and production teams. Responsibilities include supporting bids, participating in design reviews, identifying schedule milestones, developing execution plans, and managing customer expectations around quality and timelines. The role requires strong organization, communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Co-manage daily quality control activities for vertical construction projects: run QC meetings, perform inspections, review submittals, ensure testing, prepare QC certifications and documentation, develop and administer the project QC plan, review plans/specs, and provide CQC assistance to staff and subcontractors.

Temporary full-time packager role with on-the-job training. No prior experience required. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Starting pay $12.50/hour. Benefits include medical and paid holidays. Immediate start possible; apply via text.
