Coordinate projects from bid through delivery by liaising with customers, sales, estimating, and production. Support bid process, participate in design reviews, set schedule milestones, manage expectations, and ensure on-time, profitable completion of multiple projects.

Co-manage daily quality control activities for vertical construction projects: develop and administer QC plans, conduct meetings and inspections, review submittals, ensure testing is performed, prepare QC certifications/documentation, and provide CQC assistance to staff and subcontractors.

Support the line leader to ensure continuous, efficient production by monitoring packaging operations, inspecting products for food safety and quality, addressing personnel/rework/inventory issues, and scanning WIP and finished goods.
