Coordinate projects from bid through delivery by interfacing with customers, sales, estimating, and production. Support estimators during bidding, participate in design reviews, identify schedule milestones, set and revise customer expectations, and manage multiple projects to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and profitable completion.

Support the line leader to ensure continuous, efficient production by monitoring packaging operations, inspecting products for food safety and quality, addressing personnel/rework/inventory issues, and scanning WIP and finished goods.

Support the Project Manager in daily construction project operations: schedule coordination, submittal and scope management, contractor communication, QA/QC implementation, and pre-construction meeting preparation.
