Lead technical pre- and post-sales for HousingWire Data: run evaluations (match-rate, schema, security), guide licensing/compliance, onboard and troubleshoot customers, build reusable frameworks and documentation, and feed actionable signals to product to improve delivery and win deals.

Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and sales enablement for data, subscription, media, and event products. Create sales tools, launches, content, and lead-generation programs to drive pipeline and revenue. Partner with sales, product, and executives and monitor market and competitive trends to inform strategy.
