Provide nursing support for viral-challenge clinical trials: perform clinical assessments and nurse-specific procedures, obtain informed consent, complete CRFs and source data, maintain subject safety and emergency preparedness, manage medicines and resuscitation equipment, supervise screening staff, follow ICH GCP, SOPs and NMC Code, and identify service improvements.

Lead and oversee clinical trial projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Manage cross-functional project teams, line-manage Project Managers, serve as primary client contact, and drive process improvement across the department and company.

Lead clinical delivery of phases 1–2 trials from start-up to closeout. Act as clinical project lead and study coordinator, supervise and mentor research nurses, manage daily clinical workload, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, record vital signs, train staff, and prepare study documents (SOPs, logs, source data, CRFs).
