Provides administrative support for fundraising and advancement activities, including donor database management, donation processing, reconciliation, reporting, stewardship communications, volunteer scheduling, event logistics, monthly giving coordination, and fundraising mailings. Works closely with Finance, advancement leadership, donors, volunteers, board members, and other departments while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements.

Provides case management and housing-stability support to veterans and their families. Conducts client intakes, screenings, move-ins, housing plans, referrals, housing searches, and landlord outreach. Maintains HMIS records, coordinates services, addresses tenant issues with Property Management, communicates resources, attends community meetings, and responds to critical incidents. Requires collaboration with community agencies, strong documentation and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness, and community resources.

Conducts phone and walk-in screenings for veterans facing housing crises, determines Rapid Rehousing eligibility, completes assessments, maintains HMIS records, tracks referrals, provides crisis interventions, connects clients with housing and community resources, and collaborates with partner agencies and internal teams.
