Support global sourcing and procurement operations through contract review, supplier development, supply chain analysis, conflict resolution, logistics coordination, and collaboration with manufacturing, packaging, and customer-facing teams. The role requires strong administrative organization, communication, accuracy, problem-solving, time management, vendor responsiveness, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a willingness to develop product, market, negotiation, and supply chain expertise.

Leads merchandising, product line management, pricing, category development, and data analytics teams. Oversees product research, assortment refinement, data governance, pricing standards, product innovation, and profitability strategies. Collaborates across departments to resolve product and pricing issues, improve customer service, and drive sales and gross profit growth. Coaches a team of managers and professional staff while fostering accountability and trust.

Support senior leadership through executive scheduling, communications, travel coordination, data analysis, presentation development, and corporate planning system management. The role requires discretion, organization, sound judgment, strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities and confidential information in a fast-paced office environment.
