Supports retail and corporate HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, training compliance, employee relations, investigations, reporting, employee files, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, unemployment claims, leave administration, and policy guidance. The role also manages HR tickets through Zendesk, coordinates required employment documentation, assists with recruitment, and supports HR projects and employee recognition initiatives.
