Oversee HR operations for Nigeria and West Africa, including payroll administration, statutory deductions, employee records, contracts, onboarding, exits, compliance, audits, and HR governance. Support leadership hiring, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, crisis response, and policy advisory. Partner with Finance, Legal, and senior leadership while producing HR reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and aligning people operations with business objectives.

Lead customer relations strategies and a team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and collaboration across departments, while analyzing customer data for insights.

Lead end-to-end customer engagement for interconnected mini-grids, driving collection efficiency, reducing churn, improving NPS, coordinating with operations and finance, managing Site CX Officers, and scaling customer management processes across clusters.
