Directs the firm-wide conflicts function, overseeing conflict checks, ethical walls, policies, technology, reporting, audits, budgets, and operational improvements. Partners with Risk Management and the Office of General Counsel, trains and develops conflicts personnel, manages projects, and ensures quality, compliance, timely service, and effective collaboration across a multi-office law firm.

Assists attorneys and paralegals with patent and trademark matters, including intellectual property research, status reporting, international filing coordination, deadline docketing, electronic filing, portfolio management, document management, and matter data entry. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines independently in a remote environment. One year of patent experience is preferred.

Manages the firm’s marketing technology stack, including CRM, experience management, websites, CMS, analytics, email marketing, and automation platforms. Responsibilities include system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, reporting, data stewardship, implementation support, user training, adoption, SEO, compliance, and continuous optimization. The role supervises marketing technology administrators and collaborates with marketing, business development, IT, vendors, and attorneys to improve technology effectiveness and data-driven decision-making.
