The Senior ServiceNow Developer designs and builds solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working with stakeholders to enhance legal practice operations and improve service delivery through automation and integrations.

Support M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle including drafting agreements, disclosure schedules, shareholder and board consents, entity formation and qualification, UCC searches, virtual data room management, closing coordination, post-closing deliverables, and regulatory filings. Interface with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel while managing multiple deals under tight deadlines and meeting a 1500 billable-hour requirement.
