Provide direct nursing care to obstetrical and medical/surgical patients, coordinate care with the healthcare team, communicate on behalf of patients, complete cross-training and demonstrate proficiency within six months following orientation. Work rotating 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend and holiday.

Lead and manage the Information Services department for a rural hospital. Oversee EHR and clinical/business systems, vendor relationships, budgets, telehealth, disaster recovery, security (HIPAA), and hands-on technical support while directing strategic planning and operational continuity.

Work 12-hour mostly night/rotating shifts (24-30 weekly hours) with physical patient-handling duties and infection-control precautions.
