Leads engineering services for facilities, grounds, and capital improvement projects. Oversees engineering staff, design, construction, maintenance planning, contracts, procurement, budgets, compliance, and project delivery. Advises the Board of Commissioners, manages long-range capital plans, supports grant applications, coordinates with agencies, and represents the organization on planning matters. The role also oversees employee development, asset management implementation, preventative maintenance, and engineering consultants.
