Provides finance and accounting support through accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice and deposit validation, reconciliations, vendor and customer record maintenance, financial reporting preparation, audit documentation, and budget tracking. The role also identifies workflow bottlenecks, investigates discrepancies, documents procedures, and supports process improvements and finance technology implementations. This part-time position collaborates with internal departments, accountants, and external vendors to maintain accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial transactions.
