Manage and reconcile revenue from contributed and earned sources, track restricted and grant funds, prepare grant billings and journal entries, assist month-end close and audit prep, and maintain compliance with nonprofit accounting standards.

Manage greenhouse and nursery production including propagation, crop scheduling, pest/disease management, and inventory. Supervise staff, volunteers, and interns; maintain environmental/irrigation systems; support plant sales, conservation, research, and fundraising; plan budgets and document cultivation procedures.
