Lead market intelligence, maintain supply/demand databases and cost models, build dashboards and analytics, consolidate global trade data, produce executive insights, and support strategic planning across finance, operations, and marketing.

Manage assigned key accounts and distributors in Japan for specified chemical product segments, implement APAC/global commercial strategies, achieve sales and margin targets, forecast sales, improve account processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify market opportunities, and ensure EH&S and business ethics compliance.

Lead short-term (0–3 month) demand forecasting and collaborative forecast reviews; confirm customer orders and manage supply with intercompany suppliers; define supply strategies, manage inventory/aging and shortages; drive customer satisfaction and improve CX; act as planner for Korea and lead Korea CSR for demand, supply and order execution; set goals, develop subordinates and conduct performance reviews; ensure EHS/HR compliance and perform other assigned tasks.
