Leads strategic sourcing for chemical and raw material categories, including category strategy, supplier negotiations, RFQs, cost analysis, contract management, supply assurance, risk mitigation, and supplier performance. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver savings, forecast market conditions, ensure compliance, and support business planning. The role operates in a corporate or hybrid environment with periodic supplier, business, or manufacturing site travel.

Supports safe, efficient, and reliable chemical manufacturing operations in the Polyurethanes Division. Responsibilities include troubleshooting processes, supporting turnarounds, commissioning improvements, evaluating equipment and process performance, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, analyzing process variables, designing replacement equipment and layouts, and improving monitoring and control systems. Requires chemical engineering expertise, process engineering experience, and knowledge of chemical reactions, process design, Aspen simulation, Excel, regression analysis, and PFDs/P&IDs.
