Coordinate and schedule field personnel for HVAC equipment startups, warranty work, inspections, and owner training. Communicate with customers, technicians, sales engineers, project managers, manufacturers, and internal teams. Review work requests, assign resources, maintain work orders and warranty records, monitor assignments, verify documentation, and support purchasing, invoicing, cost allocation, and warranty claims. Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns while maintaining accurate records and responsive service.

Provides advanced onsite technical support for mission-critical chiller and central-plant systems. Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, startups, commissioning, optimization, root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance development, documentation, vendor coordination, and technical guidance for HVAC technicians. The role supports continuous data center operations and requires expertise with commercial chillers, refrigeration, controls, electrical systems, hydronics, and related equipment.

Provides administrative support for pricing and data processes, including rebate and incentive claims, sales plans, credit and rebill requests, pricing corrections, vendor quotes, rebate payments, and new item setup. The role requires accurate data handling, cross-department collaboration, strong organization, and proficiency with Excel. Experience with pricing, ERP systems such as Epicor P21, and Power BI is preferred.
