Coordinates commercial HVAC technician dispatch, daily scheduling, customer communications, service updates, work-order review, invoicing, timesheet reconciliation, and billing follow-up. Maintains dispatch logs, job statuses, schedules, performance reports, warranty documentation, parts returns, and preventive-maintenance contract tracking. Works closely with technicians, customers, operations, and accounting to resolve scheduling, service, documentation, and invoicing issues.

Develop strategic energy, infrastructure, facility modernization, and capital improvement opportunities across Texas. Build executive customer and industry partnerships, assess project viability, shape tailored solutions, coordinate technical and commercial resources, and advance complex opportunities from concept through contract award. Manage the qualified pipeline, identify strategic growth opportunities, support project handoffs, maintain post-award relationships, and develop recurring revenue opportunities across Hunton Services.

Processes approximately 400 invoices daily across multiple divisions and locations. Performs three-way invoice matching, processes subcontractor invoices, codes invoices to appropriate GL accounts, supports month-end close, and follows Accounts Payable procedures. The role requires accuracy, organization, adaptability, and experience working in high-volume environments with multiple entities. Basic Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems are preferred.
